MENTOSEN 'Triangle- Circle' New Jewellery Collection Week Dec.12(Fri.)-25(Thu), 2025

MENTOSEN will unveil its new ring collection on Friday, December 12, 2025.

Our brand name ‘MENTOSEN’ comes from Japanese: ‘Men’ means ‘surfaces,’ and ‘Sen’ means ‘lines.

True to our name, “surfaces” and “lines” lie at the core of everything we create — in both design and craftsmanship.

It has already been four years since we launched the brand in 2021.

At this point, we found ourselves returning to the basics of geometric forms — “triangle–circle” — and rethinking our approach from this foundation.

Sankaku is a ring composed of triangular units (△).
When viewed from the side, the ring appears hexagonal.

Its structure is inspired by a type of twisted-fold technique found in origami.

You can experience this same structure through our complimentary Hexagonal Twisted Origami Kit and in the workshop.
It’s a fun way to understand how the form comes together.

Log -Nii and Log -Yon are rings designed primarily around circular (〇) elements. Once worn, their graphic shapes stand out beautifully.
These designs are derived from our previously released Log-02 and Log-04 earrings with back catches.

<Origami Workshop: Hexagonal Twisted Fold — Free>

The twisted-fold structure behind the Sankaku ring connects into a ring shape when created according to a certain rule.
In this workshop, you will make three types of paper loops that vary depending on the hexagonal angles.
Once you understand the basic rule, anyone can make them easily.
